Organising an outdoor event, such as a wedding, trade fair, birthday party or company event, creates many advantages. It can be held outdoors all year round, even in winter. In addition to the location, a well-chosen and well thought-out location will certainly create privacy for your event and there is no time limit on when the event has to end. For an outdoor event, it is possible to choose a suitable location with plenty of beautiful countryside, which in itself creates a remarkable environment and provides a picturesque setting. Be it a beach, a forest, a park or a garden, picturesque nature cannot be replicated even in the most frenetic indoor spaces.
Natural resources such as roads, sunsets, etc. should be taken into account when choosing a location. If it is an evening event, be sure to check if the night sky is visible. In the case of indoor spaces, your floor plan will often be influenced by entrances and exits, platforms or other assets that cannot be changed. However, rented logs allow you to start fresh from a 'blank sheet'. You can decide what works best for your event. This means you can have one tent or several! So use that extra square footage to your advantage. The tent should rather have more space for moving around or dancing.
