  • We will send you an initial offer.

CONFIRM ORDER

  • If the offer is suitable, we will confirm the order by e-mail.
  • The logger will contact you to agree on the date and time of delivery of the products (1-3 days before the event).
  • It is also possible to pick up the products yourself.

INVENTORY DELIVERED

  • We will deliver your inventory and pick up at the times you choose. We come to install a tent and other party fixtures on request a day earlier
  • There is no additional charge. This way you can set things up a day in advance.

    Is the transport of the products included in the price?

    No, transport according to destination is added to the rental price of the products

    Do you install tents outside Tallinn?

    Yes, we install tents and other inventory all over Estonia, also in Latvia and Finland.

    Is it possible to pick up the rental products myself?

    Yes. We are open Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00.
    By picking up the inventory yourself, you will save on transportation and installation costs.

    How long before the event should I book products?

    The sooner, the more certain it is that the relevant products will exist by the relevant date. It also depends on the specifics of the products. Some products are thousands (e.g. furniture), some only a few.  It also depends very much on dates, e.g. there are a lot of orders during the summer months, as well as in December, during Christmas events.

    How to order?

    There are many ways to order:

    1. you send a query through the home page
    2. write directly to a sales representative or project manager whose contacts can be found on the website
    3. you come to the office on site – we will discuss all the details and write down the order

    Can products be returned at weekends (Sunday and Saturday)?

    Exceptionally, anything is possible.

    If I want to rent on a weekend, do I have to pay double the amount?

    The rental price of the products is determined by the days of use. If you use the product eg. only on Sunday will it be received on Friday and we are waiting for a return on Monday. There is no additional fee for this.

    Can I rent individual products - one table and one chair?

    Yes, of course, small rent is also very important to us.

    What happens if the planned event is cancelled?

    When making a reservation, we issue a prepayment invoice for 30% of the total number. By notifying of the cancellation 14 days in advance, we will refund the prepayment. Unfortunately, in case of later cancellation, the advance payment is generally not refundable.

    Can I confirm my order by phone?

    We prefer that the order be placed in writing (in e-mail or locally formatted) – this way we avoid the possibility of errors.

    How is payment made?

    Payment can be made by invoice by transfer, on site by card or in cash.
