Outdoor events are becoming increasingly popular. For a larger event, we recommend an event organiser who will create an event to your exact needs and budget. A good event organiser will also share their own tips to spice up the party. An event planner is suitable for a wedding or a larger corporate party. Do the groundwork.
First, the number of people, the budget, the time, the venue and the content/objective of the event should be determined. Based on this, the number of chairs and tables needed can be estimated and, if necessary, the size of the tent can be determined. If it is an event that will take place in the rainy season and to avoid unpredictable situations, we recommend renting a tent in any case. Tents can be rented in different shapes, lengths and widths. If the approximate number of people is known, it would be a good idea to measure the location where the tent could fit and let us know. We will be able to recommend a suitable tent and furniture for your event.
Land surface features.
Be sure to take into account the ground surface so that guests can sit comfortably. We have seen situations where a client has ordered a tent and furniture, but the ground is bumpy. The result is crooked tables and an uncomfortable sitting position. Also, on soft ground, chair legs can sink into the ground. To avoid this problem, we recommend that you take into account the characteristics of the terrain and seek our advice if necessary (feel free to email pictures and give your own estimate over the phone). As a solution, we can offer different types of floor solutions.
The safest choice is plywood flooring, which is more expensive to build than other solutions we offer, but results in a smooth and stable floor. In addition, we can install carpeting in different shades or our new parquet dance flooring on the plywood floor. Another solution we offer is plastic modular flooring, which is suitable for smooth and soft surfaces. If there are wide and deep holes in the soil, modular flooring is definitely not a suitable choice. Our experienced team will provide an assessment as to whether or not flooring is necessary.
Catering.
If it is a larger event, we recommend catering companies(Tervise Catering, Plus Catering, Event Catering, Jahh Catering, 4sisters, Mariin Catering), who prepare delicious snacks and dishes for all tastes and numbers of people. Alternatively, we recommend the popular WOK pans, where, for example, with a larger pan, you can prepare 50-80 portions at a time! In addition, you can conveniently rent a variety of tableware, serving utensils, cutlery, etc. from us.

For an evening event, you should also think about lighting and the comfort of your guests in the evening, when there is more humidity and sometimes our summer evenings can get very cool. A light chain, which is easy to install yourself, is ideal for a garden or tent. For example, you can hang the light chain from the upper structure of the tent or around the trees. If the event lasts until late at night, we also recommend 1 or 2 heaters to keep the tent warm late into the night. However, if you want to add an active activity, there are several possibilities: poker, table tennis, table football, disc golf, mini golf, basketball, trampolines, etc. There's something for all ages and tastes.
You don't need to worry about logistics, just the date of the event. If necessary, the equipment and tent will be set up the day before at no extra charge.
